If you message any staff on the forums, support or in game about your application , you just reduced your chances by 100%
VIP is required to be able to apply for a staff position on the Ore-Craft server, reason for this is because you need some of the perks that VIP have to offer. By setting it so that only VIP’s can apply stops people applying just for the free perks.
If your application is successful you will be notified some way on the forums by a staff member, anyone who tries to contact you regarding your application and they don’t have a “Moderator” tag on their profile is a fake, please don’t give them any information.
All applications are looked at and reviewed by a staff member within 7 days, if you are not notified within these 7 days the likelihood is that your application doesn’t meet the requirements required for staff. Please don’t instantly re-apply or continuously update your application, in around 1 month time make a new application with more information for a higher chance of being selected.
Note that if you lie on any part of your application, you reduce your chances heavily (this includes your age/ GMT/ Bans etc.)
You must post your application on this forum as a new thread.

Application Process Explanation
We have a team of moderators who are well trained to know what we are looking for based on our current demands. Such demands as age, language, time zone, and availabilities can be the cause of some applications being denied. This does not mean that you are not qualified for the duties, but, that what we are looking for is not exactly presented on your application at the time of our response.
We send a message to people we consider could be a benefit for our team. Such a message should be considered that you could be chosen, but still have a chance you won’t. If one of our team members likes your application, then all of us have to agree. Our team may reject your application for certain flaws and things we find that may interfere with your position. If you are denied, you will also be contacted via the inbox. If you disagree with our decision, try not to make a big deal about it. Show us you can be mature about it by keeping calm about it. Complaining about it will permanently deny yourself for further application.
A kool tip for your future applications:
Try to be unique in your format. Show us that you can be confident in yourself by following your own guideline.
NOTE: If you do have questions regarding the decision made about your application please send a message on the forums to the moderator that replied to you. Please try to avoid messaging them on the server or on teamspeak as they are normally very busy and will not have time to fully reply to you there. Once you have sent them a message please be patient, the moderators in the application team get a lot of emails daily and try to reply as quickly as possible.
PLEASE MAKE A NEW THREAD TO APPLY FOR STAFF!
